Posted On: 02/17/2022 I went to this office on Ave L 3 times for an appointment and nothing was done for my tooth pain and broken tooth. The sharp edges of the broken tooth was cutting into my cheek and my tongue and the dentist (Weiss) who checked my mouth left the room without an immediate solution. He told me they had to submit paperwork to my insurance with an approval before any work can be done. I had 2 more appointments after that initial appointment and all they were interested in doing was a cleaning which is covered by my insurance but cost me an additional $100 out of pocket for “extra fluoride treatment” that didn’t seem to do anything for me because I still have the same issues I originally went there for. It has been 5 months now and I still haven’t heard anything from that dental office about my insurance decision to proceed with dental work. I also haven’t received any documentation from my insurance about any pending approvals. I would after 5 months I would hear something from them about my claim. WORST PLACE. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

Posted On: 02/09/2022 This is the WORST chain of dentistries I have ever been to . I have been a client here for over a 4 years and every time my appointments have been pushed back, cancelled and relocated at the last minute. The most recent time I learned that my cavities were NOT even filled when I was told that they were. The dentist was extremely rough and did not stop when I complained. I would not recommend this dentistry as they are only worried about getting as much patients as possible with no regard to the patient's actual needs. Zariya J

Posted On: 02/03/2022 When I came into family dentist My mouth was a mess, meeting Dr. Sasson , and his staff made me feel like family, and are very professional in what they do.
I left the office today, and I would recommend anyone to this office I feel like a millionaire.
Thank you Dr. Sasson I love you for how you brought me back to life also your staff, and I would also like to say the price was very affordable!

Posted On: 01/03/2022 Came today for cause I’ve been having extreme pain in my tooth. Was told get a root canal but oh your insurance won’t cover a molar root canal and it will be 4000. Since I started coming here every time I come some how there’s just something my insurance won’t cover and I have to pay out of pocket. (heads up my insurance covers it ) Then I said ok I’m going to do some calling around to see if there’s other options is there at least something I can do about the pain. And was told no you just need to do the root canal. The quickest in and out of my life and I left so completely annoyed and aggravated. Waste of my time to drive out to be told nothing we can do. Posted On: 12/13/2021 The place is a complete scam to get money from your insurance. They tell you they take Healthfirst get you to go in and do X-rays and consultation and when your insurance approves for services they tell you to go somewhere else that they can’t do it. However, if you pay them then they can.

The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr Sasson really loves what he does. And his assistants Techa and Ana very sweeties and diligents . Posted On: 10/21/2021 I had bad wisdom tooth pain that was taking my
Neck, shoulders and back of head. I was told I needed a bone graft and Collagen to fill a gap I would have after extraction. Nothing seemed to be covered by my insurance. I had 3 wisdom
Teeth and only 1 needed the bone graft but they wanted $1800 PER TOOTH. a payment plan wasn’t even an option. I just got up and left. After reading these other reviews it’s clear what I walked into. Don’t let the nice clean office fool
You, they’re out for your money. Appointment was at 10, showed up 9:50 didn’t get called until 10:20 and didn’t see dentist until minutes to 11.
ALSO!!!! : ALOT OF THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS DONT SEEM LEGIT. the people giving this office 5 stars either have never reviewed other businesses, or they review this office as well as ALL OF THEIR AFFILIATE OFFICES . Not to mention they all sound the same . Stephan M

I have been coming to them for years and I never get assistance. Not one time. I always walk away with the same pain or the same issue. Posted On: 06/18/2021 Be aware! Positive reviews likely fake! Just got scammed and will be disputing charges. I went in due to knowing I had an infection in either a tooth or gums. Right away they went on about my needing an injectable antibiotic, deep cleaning, scaling and planing, etc. Then they said they'll check with my insurance to see if they cover it. Turn around, said they won't and it would be $3500.

So I hesitantly paid but only based on the premise the my insurance won't cover and that's what this costs. Turns out this was all a lie and just a ploy for money. The antibiotic is only $500 in a pharmacy. I called my insurance. They said it can all be covered, they need to submit the claim for review. So clearly Steph claiming she called my insurance was BS.

So I went back to complain, she said ok we will submit the claim, but the $3500 includes the deep cleanings. I said yeah no, that's covered under basic coverage, my insurance confirmed. So now I gotta go through the hassle of filing a dispute of the charge because they want to charge me $3500 for a $500 medicine and claimed I needed to pay it then because my insurance won't cover, which was a lie.

I only came to this dentist because my previous one who I was seeing for over 30 years and never had an issue with came here, but then he retired, so I was kind of stuck. This place will not see another dime from me. I also find it highly suspicious that most of their positive reviewers only have 1 review under their belt. Janna G
